Designed specifically for women’s balance and urinary comfort

The power of probiotics stretches far beyond digestive health, and to support the targeted health needs of women, there’s Health Labs Nutra Women’s Probiotics.

Much like the intestinal tract, the vagina also contains a uniquely balanced ecosystem. If your system is out of balance (often the result of medications),the right probiotic blend can restore the microflora to protect against common female urinary complaints.

Probiotics for women vs. general probiotics – why take them?

Because the female body is more susceptible to increases in yeast production than the male body, it’s crucial that women take a probiotic specifically formulated for their unique needs.

Our extra-strength formula contains lactobacillus and bifobacterium that specifically assists with maintaining optimal feminine health, in addition to promoting a regular digestive system and controlling bad gut yeast that can cause bloating, constipation, diarrhea and other digestive issues.***

Our probiotics also include cranberry extract and D-Mannose for improved performance.

Why are cranberry extract and D-Mannose so important in Womens’ probiotics?

Because vaginal yeast can fluctuate drastically from month to month, it’s difficult to maintain a healthy balance of flora and can make it easy to develop a yeast infection or nasty case of vaginitis with little warning. Your urinary tract is also more prone to harboring harmful bacteria, which can result in painful, dangerous UTIs.

The addition of cranberry extract helps soothe urinary and digestive discomfort, while D-Mannose prevents harmful bacteria from populating in the urinary tract.***
Although many probiotics do not include these highly beneficial ingredients Health Labs Nutra Women’s Probiotic does.***

I would recommend to every female I know. These are capsules and are easy to swallow, and don't get stuck in my throat. There was no funny smell to them either (which can make it more difficult, and no nasty belching). I find these pills get my body through traveling, long road trips and camping. They keep me regular and balanced.

  • Q: What are Women’s Probiotic and how does it work?
A: Health Labs Nutra Women’s Probiotic is a probiotic specially made for the needs of the women and their immune health. Aside from the beneficial ingredients that a high potency probiotic supplement has, it contains D-mannose and Cranberry extract for an improved feminine and urinary tract health. They aid in renewing the normal friendly flora that is destroyed by antibiotics and other influences. Health Labs Nutra Women’s Probiotics helps restore and maintain a healthy, natural balance of flora in the intestinal and vaginal tracts. They assist in absorption of nutrients and boost the immune system by forming a defensive shield against harmful pathogens, allergens and other dangerous particles in our environment. ***

    Q: What is d-mannose?
A: D-mannose is a type of sugar related to glucose but it does not alter blood sugar levels and the plant components are filtered directly into the bladder. Preliminary research shows that 90% of the Mannose is excreted in the urine within 30-60 minutes. It essentially passes through the kidneys, fills the bladder and flushes the entire urinary tract when you urinate. In that way, it inhibits bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract. ***

Q: How do Women’s Probiotic help maintain a healthy balance of gastrointestinal flora and fight diarrhea, IBS and indigestion?
A: Pathogens produce toxins that can result in diarrhea. Women’s Probiotic prevents the growth of pathogens, thereby reducing the toxins. Probiotics help correct any imbalance of intestinal flora for an improved digestive health. ***

Q: What conditions does your women’s probiotics help treat?
A: Women’s Probiotic can be helpful for people with IBS and it can help prevent bad bacteria from invading the urinary tract by maintaining a population of healthy bacteria on the tract's adherence sites. Also, a high quality study found out that women taking probiotics during pregnancy had a 30 percent reduction in the instance of childhood eczema in their infants. Moreover, Scientists have identified that Lactobacillus Rhamnosus and Lactobacillus Reuteri which is an active ingredient show powerful effects in preventing and fighting bacterial and fungal vaginal infections. ***
